Digital Arc is committed to providing this alternative option.  As part of this privacy policy, Digital Arc allows you to either opt-out or opt-in to the use of your personal information by third parties for direct marketing purposes.   Currently, Digital Arc does not sell your information to third parties for marketing purposes.  Digital Arc may utilize trusted third parties to assist with its own marketing purposes.  As detailed above, Digital Arc provides you with an option not to receive such marketing communications.  

Updates to this Privacy Policy.

Digital Arc reserves the right to modify and update its privacy policy at any time and to provide you with additional information concerning how it will handle particular personal information prior to collecting such personal information as part of offering a specific service or product or specific website.  Digital Arc will post any revised version of its privacy policy on its website and include the date of the revision.  You agree to periodically check Digital Arc’s website for changes to its privacy policy and to review any changes.  Digital Arc may also provide notice of changes to its policy by sending notifications to its customers and placing a notice on its website.  You agree that by continuing to use Digital Arc’s website after any changes are in effect, you are agreeing to those changes.  Where a specific notice from Digital Arc for a service, product, or website conflicts with this privacy policy, the specific notice takes precedence.
